During the initial conversation, which takes 24 minutes in average, you will get a comprehensive overview of the individual's personality. If you choose to use additional questionnaires, the time required will depend on the number of questions.
Yes. From the group of selected students, the platform allows you to create an so-called intelligent profile, which you can later use for any kind of comparison.
After completing the initial talk, it is possible to assess the student's match with the desired profile and, based on that, plan further development activities.
Talk2amy offers a wide range of professional profiles. You can also create your own professional profiles. Selected profiles can be used to compare with a student's personality and evaluate the best match.
